IIT Kharagpur has always been well-known for its warm hospitality.The friendly atmosphere among students and the pleasant environment here offer more to its sojourners than just accommodation.As a participant of the Fest,your hospitality is our primary concern.We at GREAT STEP will make sure that your short stay with us will be pleasant and comfortable.The Fest will surely be a memorable experience for you.To assist you in the best possible manner,we require a few preliminary things to be checked from your side.First,you must make sure that you register yourself in our website through our online registration feature.Online registration is very necessary as it will help us to guarantee your accommodation.Kindly register yourself as soon as you can because accommodation will be provided on a first come first serve basis.A mail will be sent to you confirming your registration.Once registered,you can interact with us through the email to enquire further regarding your accommodation.
Instructions
- Only participants from outside of Kharagpur will be considered for accommodation.
- Accommodation will be provided on a sharing basis. Please don't request for separate
accommodation. - Accommodation will be provided from 0900 hrs of 4rd November, 2011 onwards. You
are requested to vacate the room on or before 0900 hrs on 7th November, 2011. - To get accomodation facilities, you need to apply online. Online registration for accomodation
will start in the first week of September 2011.Confirmation of Accommodation mails will be sent
to you as early as possible. - All the participants are required to carry their college identity cards and a printed copy of
Confirmation of Accommodation Mail, which will be verified at the Accommodation Desk. - The fee should be paid in cash at the Accommodation Desk while availing accommodation.
- The team of GREAT STEP or IIT Kharagpur shall not be responsible for theft or loss of
participants' belongings. Participants will have to take care of their belongings.
